Cassie Hanlon, of
Harrington, was referred to KSI in September 2005 from the Division
of Developmental Disabilities Services.
KSI is one of Cassie's
first paid work experience since completing high school at the John
S. Charlton School in June 2005. Cassie brings with her to KSi
a pleasant, cooperative, will try attitude.
A steady worker,
Cassie is seen here inspecting poultry seasoning injectors for
Perdue Farms of Milford. The injector is placed in an airgun
attached to an air flow system installed by KSI staff. The tip
of the injector s placed on the surface of a tub of water.
When the handle of the airgun in squeezed, air flows through the
injector and if an "X" can be seen in the water, the injector passes
inspection. Cassie is always punctual and has also received
several certificates for perfect attendance.
Cassie enjoys
listening to any kind of music and going to dances. She has a
cat named Chester, and two dogs at home. She loves her
grandmother who lives in Florida and looks forward to visiting her
there with her family. |
