KSI Names Dawn Welch Staff Of The Month

Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) named Dawn Welch, of Harrington, staff of the month for December 2005.  She was recently recognized during a ceremony held at KSI. 

Ms. Welch has been employed at KSI since 1989.  As a  member of KSI’s Fiscal Department, she is considered a team player.  Her positive attitude and ready smile make her easily accessible for staff who have questions about their paperwork.  In addition to her regular job responsibilities, Ms. Welch also volunteers to help with other activities within the agency, such as family night and the picnic.  As employee of the month, Ms. Welch becomes eligible to be selected as employee of the year.
