KSI Names Debbie Smith Staff Of The Month

Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) named Debbie Smith, of Harrington, staff of the month for July 2006.  She was recently recognized during a ceremony at KSI.

Mrs. Smith, employed with KSI since 1986, was recognized for many reasons.  She has held many positions over the years, and has been instrumental in helping many people with disabilities enjoy the benefits of employment. Mrs. Smith has a can do attitude, and always finds a way to make good things happen.  Recently, Mrs. Smith was promoted to Project Manager for a new community based contract that will provide employment for over forty people.  As employee of the month, Mrs. Smith becomes eligible to be selected as employee of the year.
