KSI Names Robin Tracey Staff Of The Month

Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) named Robin Tracey, of Felton, staff of the month for October 2006.

Ms. Tracey, a community based work crew supervisor, has learned the production needs of several off grounds sites in a short amount of time. As a “floating” work crew supervisor, Ms. Tracey is responsible for filling in when another supervisor is on vacation or out sick.  Ms. Tracey is willing to do any task asked of her. She always works diligently to encourage the crew to meet their daily production quota, no matter where she has been assigned. While supervising the work crew at Procter & Gamble Dover Wipes Company, she was able to quickly identify and name all 44 participants and casuals on the crew. She makes it a point to know the people with whom she works. As employee of the month, Ms. Tracey becomes eligible to be selected as employee of the year.
