KSI Names Lisa Littleton Employee of the Quarter

Lisa Littleton, of Georgetown, received KSI’s Employee of the Quarter Award for the fourth quarter 2006. Employed by KSI since 1985, Ms. Littleton was nominated by nearly every supervisor at KSI.

Ms. Littleton is applauded for her positive attitude, flexibility, and the quality of her work. Every nomination form returned complimented Ms. Littleton on her friendly and respectful interactions with her co-workers and supervisors. Her genuine concerns for others is evident throughout her work day. Ms. Littleton exemplifies a team player, and is dedicated to getting the job done, whichever job to which she may be assigned. She has been recognized many times over the last year for having perfect attendance. Ms. Littleton is employed through KSI’s facility based employment program and works on an assortment of job contracts.

As Employee of the Quarter, Ms. Littleton’s name has been added to a permanent plaque at KSI and she received two savings bonds, one from KSI and one from the Dover Federal Credit Union. She also received a gift certificate from G & R Campground in Houston entitling her to spend a weekend in one of their cottages.

KSI is a not for profit agency providing vocational training and employment services to individuals with disabilities throughout Kent and Sussex Counties.
