KSI Names Tom
Lyons Staff Of The Month
Celebrating its 45th year of service, Kent-Sussex Industries,
Inc. (KSI) named Tom Lyons, of Felton, staff of the month for March
2007.
Mr. Lyons, a Community Based Program Manager, has been employed by KSI
since 1990. He goes out of his way every day to help people at KSI. In
addition to his daily responsibilities, Mr. Lyons has helped individuals
in his caseload to gain access to independent living situations, and has
provided transportation to people when they have missed their normal KSI
provided transportation. KSI CEO, Craig Crouch, said, “Tom does what it
takes to get the job done. He gives unselfishly so that others can
succeed.” As employee of the month, Mr. Lyons becomes eligible to be
selected as employee of the year.
KSI is a private, not for
profit agency providing training and employment services to individuals
with disabilities in Kent and Sussex Counties since 1962. KSI is
