KSI Honors John Garnick With Nicholas Rodriguez Appreciation Award

Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) honored John Garnick, Logistics Owner at Procter & Gamble Dover Wipes Company, with its prestigious Nicholas Rodriguez Appreciation Award. Presented at KSI’s 45^th Annual Awards Dinner at the Sheraton Dover Hotel, this award recognizes an individual who, over time, has shown their commitment and dedication to KSI. KSI is a non profit organization providing employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities in Kent and Sussex Counties.

Mr. Garnick manages the area where KSI’s Community-Based Work Crew and two KSI staff supervisors work. Craig Crouch, KSI CEO, said “John believes in KSI, the people we serve, and the value we bring to his business operation. He thinks every person on his crew should be employee of the year and goes out of his way to let them know they are appreciated. He includes the KSI work crew in all activities in the plant. Not only does he value the work our crew does for Procter & Gamble, but he is also committed to KSI’s mission. John regularly attends KSI special events and has given testimonials from his personal experiences with KSI and the individuals we serve. John Garnick has enriched the lives of many KSI participants.”

Mr. Garnick was presented a plaque from KSI, a State of Delaware Senate Tribute, sponsored by Senator Gary Simpson, and a State of Delaware House of Representatives Tribute, sponsored by Representative George Carey.  More than 200 guests attended KSI’s Annual Awards Dinner.
