KSI Schedules Its 3 Club Golf Tournament On September 19

KSI’s 18th Annual 3 Club Tournament is scheduled for Wednesday, September 19, 2007. There are still opportunities for sponsorship and golfing.

This is one of the most unique golf tournaments in Delaware.  Not only are golfers limited to three clubs, but the highest scoring team is also recognized among tournament winners with the first, second, and third place low net and low gross. This tournament is also unique in that it is usually sold out before the tournament date arrives.

Major sponsors for this year’s tournament include Citizens Bank, Discover Bank, Sunoco Foundation, and Delaware River and Bay Authority. The golf cart sponsor is Delaware Today. The putting contest sponsor is Tidewater Utilities. The hole-in-one contest is sponsored by i.g. Burton Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep of Milford. The 19th Hole sponsors are Comcast, and Johnny Janosik, Inc.  The scoreboard sponsor is National HVAC. Lunch sponsors included Dover Federal Credit Union, Dover Volkswagen, Regional Builders, and Static Control Components. The mulligan sponsor is Weller’s Utility Trailers. The driving range sponsor is National HVAC Service. Nearly 200 businesses support KSI’s 3 Club Golf Tournament in various ways.

KSI, celebrating 45 years of service, is a private non-profit vocational rehabilitation organization whose mission is to provide supports and services to individuals who need specialized assistance to obtain and maintain an optimal level of employment.  KSI is committed to making all reasonable accommodations, in order to ensure that our programs and services are as accessible as possible to as many people as possible.
