KSI Names Tywana Wilson Staff Of The Month for July 2007
Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) recognized Tywana Wilson, of Cheswold,
as staff person of the month for July 2007.
Ms. Wilson has proven to be a flexible, dependable team member. Hired in
August 2006 to work with a KSI Community-Based Work Crew at Playtex
Products in Dover, Ms. Wilson has since learned the supervisory
responsibilities of other community-based work crews so she can fill in
when those supervisors are on vacation. Her positive attitude and
willingness to learn are valuable assets her supervisors admire in her.
As employee of the month, Ms. Wilson becomes eligible to be selected as
employee of the year.
KSI, celebrating its 45th year of service, is a not for
profit agency, providing vocational training and employment services to
individuals with disabilities throughout Kent and Sussex Counties. KSI
