KSI Names Theresa McGinnis Staff Of The Month For September 2007
Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) recognized Theresa McGinnis, of
Camden, as staff person of the month for September 2007.
Mrs. McGinnis is a Production Manager at KSI. Employed since May 2002,
she is respectful, cooperative, fair and pleasant to work with. She does
a great job making sure that new supervisors are trained and fitted for
their jobs. She is hard working and dedicated. As employee of the month,
Mrs. McGinnis becomes eligible to be selected as Employee of the Year.
KSI, celebrating
its 45th year of service, is a not for profit agency,
providing vocational training and employment services to individuals
with disabilities throughout Kent and Sussex Counties. KSI is committed
