KSI Presents Appreciation Award To
Olive Garden Italian Family Restaurant
The Olive Garden Italian Family Restaurant, Dover, received an
appreciation award from Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI), at its 14th
Annual Business Appreciation Awards Breakfast held at Shawnee Country
Club in Milford. They were recognized for their dedication to KSI’s
Supported Employment Program.
KSI, a vocational rehabilitation organization celebrating 45 years of
providing services, provides training and employment opportunities to
individuals with disabilities. In its Supported Employment Program, KSI
matches the needs of employers with the abilities of job candidates. The
Olive Garden has provided employment which has enabled people with
disabilities to be independent, active, and successful members of their
communities.
In addition to a plaque presented by KSI, the Olive Garden also received
a Senate Tribute sponsored by Senator Gary Simpson and a Tribute from
the House of Representatives sponsored by Representatives George Carey
