KSI Receives Outstanding Review From Developmental Disabilities Services

     Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) is pleased to announce that the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS) issued an outstanding report following the completion of its Annual Quality and Compliance Audit. 

     Each year the DDDS Office of Quality Management conducts a Quality and Compliance Audit whose review includes case records, participant satisfaction, physical plant, staff training, medication passes, fleet inspection, and on-site visits to community placements. KSI CEO, Craig Crouch, said, “Everyone at KSI is responsible in some way for such an outstanding review. This review is the result of the hard work and commitment of our Board of Directors and staff. We are all very proud of the excellent review and the quality of services KSI provides every day.”
