KSI Hires New KCS Customer Service Manager 

     Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) welcomes Renee Stevens as their new Customer Service Manager of KSI Cartridge Service. 

     Renee joined the KSI team in late February and brings over 23 years experience in the customer service field.  Last year, KCS remanufactured 10,000 toner cartridges in their Milford facility.  KCS attributes much of their recent growth to a renewed awareness by Delaware businesses and individuals to consider an option that is both environmentally friendly and also a cost effective alternative to expensive, new toner cartridges.  Renee’s experience in customer service will assist KCS with their anticipated additional growth of the cartridge department.  If you would like more information on KSI Cartridge Service, please contact Renee @ 302-422-4014, ext 3126.
