KSI Names Shawn Bowman Staff Of The Month For May 2008

     Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) recognized Shawn Bowman, of Greenwood, as staff person of the month for May 2008. 

     Mr. Bowman, KSI Director of Maintenance, is appreciated for being flexible, creative, and resourceful. Employed with KSI since 1989, Mr. Bowman is not only responsible for the general maintenance of KSI’s properties, but he also develops special fixtures to help make jobs more accessible for the individuals with disabilities that KSI serves. If someone needs a special fixture to access a work opportunity, Mr. Bowman creates that assistance device. The success and safety of KSI’s work force is one thing that motivates Mr. Bowman. He also enjoys helping other agency sponsored activities to be successful. His talents and skills are utilized throughout the agency. As staff person of the month, Mr. Bowman becomes eligible to be selected as Staff Person of the Year.
