KSI Names Richard Downing Employee of the Quarter

     Richard Downing, of Millsboro, received the Employee of the Quarter Award for the Third Quarter 2008 from Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI). 

     Mr. Downing, employed by KSI since 2001, is recognized for his dedication and flexibility. Working in KSI’s cafeteria, Mr. Downing is busy all day long. He is punctual and seldom misses time. His versatility is a real value as demands in the café can change from one minute to the next. Mr. Downing is always ready to help wherever he may be needed. 

     As Employee of the Quarter, Mr. Downing’s name has been added to a permanent plaque at KSI and he received two savings bonds, one provided by KSI, and one donated by the Dover Federal Credit Union.  He also received a gift certificate donated by G & R Campground in Houston entitling him to spend a weekend in one of their cottages.
