KSI Names Joyce Winder Staff Of The Quarter
 

Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) recognized Joyce Winder, of Seaford, as Staff Person of the Quarter. 

Flexibility is one of the strengths Ms. Winder brings to the KSI team. Employed since 1988 as a van driver, she realizes the importance of getting people to and from work in a reliable and safe manner.  Ms. Winder drives for the KSI work crew employed at Procter & Gamble Dover Wipes. Available seven days per week when needed, Ms. Winder has driven for the crew working the 7-3 shift as well as the one working the 3-11 shift. She strives to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access paid work opportunities. As Staff Person of the Quarter, Ms. Winder becomes eligible to be selected as Staff Person of the Year.
