The arrival and departure of the children to and from Kamp Lenape is the responsibility of the parent/guardian. 

I understand that only the persons I identify on this form will be permitted to drop-off/pick-up my child from Kamp Lenape. In the case of unusual circumstances, I will call the Camp Director with notification of the change. I understand that it is my responsibility, and the responsibility of the authorized individuals, to properly sign the Camper in and out.
