Kamp Lenape Permission for Prescription Medication Administration
Prescription medication is to be in the container appropriately labeled by the pharmacy or physician. All medications are to be brought to Kamp by the parent/guardian, not sent in with the Camper. When camp ends for your Camper, all medications are to be taken home by the parent/guardian, not the Camper. **CAMP MUST BE NOTIFIED IMMEDIATELY OF ALL MEDICATION CHANGES**
