Walmart Foundation Grant Helps KSI
3/22/2016 - Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) recently received a grant from the Walmart Foundation which will help purchase laptop computers for KSI’s community work crews.
Over the years the Walmart Foundation has helped KSI fund things such as a touch screen computer for the day habilitation program, transportation services, a vehicle for community inclusion and the renovation of KSI’s Health & Wellness Center. As this most recent grant shows, they continue to help enrich the lives of those KSI serves. Allison Maloney at SAMs Club and George Bailey, a former KSI Board member were instrumental in securing this continued support.
KSI is a not for profit agency providing vocational training, employment, supported employment, and day habilitation services. KSI is committed to making all reasonable accommodations in order to ensure that its programs and services are as accessible as possible to as many people as possible.
