6/17/2016 - During KSI’s 54th Annual Awards Dinner, in honor and in memory of David R. Hitchens, his wife, Rachel, and son, Brian were presented KSI’s prestigious Nicholas Rodriguez Appreciation Award recognizing Dave’s outstanding dedication and support of KSI and its mission.
Dave Hitchens, a member of KSI’s Board of Directors since 1987, passed away suddenly on May 13 this year. He was not only actively involved and committed to KSI, but he was also very committed to making his community a better place. This award exemplifies volunteerism and selflessness while striving to enrich the lives of participants served at KSI. Dave’s name has been added to the perpetual Nicholas Rodriguez Appreciation Award plaque displayed in KSI’s Boardroom. KSI CEO, B.
