8/11/2016 - James Butler, of Camden, recently received the Employee of the First Quarter 2016 Award from Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI).
Pictured to the right: James Butler, of Camden, was recognized by Jayson Crouch, KSI Vice President, as Employee of the First Quarter 2016.
Mr. Butler chose KSI’s Supported Employment Program in November 2015 to assist him in finding a job. With job coaching assistance from KSI Employment Specialists, Mr. Butler found a job near his home, and in a field that matches his interests. He was hired at Harbor Freight in March 2016 and has already proven to be a valuable asset. He has accepted more responsibilities in a short time, works almost full time and is very flexible. The store manager at Harbor Freight Tools, Jabbar Winward, appreciates this young man’s dedication and flexibility. He appreciates being able to count on Mr. Butler to help his store serve customers pleasantly and efficiently.
As Employee of the Quarter, Mr. Butler’s name has been added to a permanent plaque at KSI and he received a $50 Visa Gift Card from Dover Federal Credit Union. He also received a gift certificate donated by G & R Campground in Houston entitling him to spend a weekend in one of their cottages, and a one year aquatics membership from the Greater Milford Boys & Girls Club.
