KSI Names Shronda Bynum Outstanding Staff of the Quarter
11/11/2016 - Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) recently recognized Shronda Bynum, of Dover, as Outstanding Staff Person of the Quarter.

Ms. Bynum joined the KSI staff in 2013. She is driven to secure employment for the people KSI serves. When someone expresses an interest in working in the community, Ms. Bynum helps in the entire process from assessments, identifying likes and dislikes, job development, interviews, on the job coaching, and follow-along. When she helps someone gain employment, she beams with pride as much as the person just hired. Her schedule is determined by the needs of the people she works with. Ms. Bynum has worked diligently as a Supported Employment Specialist, connecting people and employers. As Staff Person of the Quarter, Ms. Bynum becomes eligible to be selected as Staff Person of the Year.
