KSI Names Nancy Warren Outstanding Staff Person of Quarter
4/25/2017 - Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI) recently recognized Nancy Warren, of Seaford, as Outstanding Staff Person of the Quarter.
Nancy Warren, of Seaford, was recently recognized as KSI Outstanding Staff Person of the Quarter. KSI CEO, B. Craig Crouch, congratulates her for doing an outstanding job enriching the lives of the people KSI serves.
Ms. Warren joined the KSI staff in December 2015. She is a Direct Support Professional, who has found a niche supervising a cleaning crew of five individuals that provide daily cleaning services to the Greenwood and Georgetown Cheer Centers. Ms. Warren prepares people for their next step toward independence as she teaches skills critical to gaining and maintaining employment. Ms. Warren has seen her crew change from week to week as some individuals, with supports, have found independent jobs through KSI’s Supported Employment program. She is flexible, patient, and promotes KSI’s emphasis on safety. As Staff Person of the Quarter, Ms. Warren becomes eligible to be selected as Staff Person of the Year.
