KSI Names Kristian Vance Staff Person of the Quarter
5/16/2018 - KSI recently recognized Kristian Vance, of Lincoln, as Staff Person of the Quarter.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Ms. Vance is responsible for providing individualized supports for each person in her care. She gets to know each person – their likes/ dislikes, their needs. Her compassion and dedication are qualities KSI’s program participants recognize and depend upon. Throughout the daily activities, she is also responsible for the safety of KSI’s program participants. In addition, Ms. Vance is flexible, often called on by her program participants who need a few minutes of her time. She is hard working and very involved with the individuals for whom she is responsible. As Staff Person of the Quarter, Ms. Vance becomes eligible to be selected as Staff Person of the Year.
