Photo Caption: KSI CEO, B. Craig Crouch, congratulates Ted Reynolds, of Frederica, recently recognized as KSI Staff Person of the Quarter. “He helps KSI provide services in every way he can,” said Mr. Crouch.
Mr. Reynolds is responsible for providing transportation services to adults with disabilities participating in KSI’s Pre-Vocational and Life Enrichment programs. Once he’s done with his morning pick up route, he continues to give of himself. Operating a Paratransit lift equipped vehicle, he makes it possible for folks with limited mobility to be included in community inclusion opportunities. Mr. Reynolds ends his day after returning his morning passengers back home safely.
He proves daily that he is an asset to KSI. When situations for a new site visit are presented, it is helpful to have a physical description of the area in regard to safety concerns. Mr. Reynolds is also part of the team evaluating these new locations. As Staff Person of the Quarter, Mr. Reynolds becomes eligible to be selected as Staff Person of the Year.
