Michel McCoy Receives KSI Employee of the Quarter Award
10/7/2019 - Michel McCoy, of Dover, received KSI’s Employee of the Second Quarter Award.

Ms. McCoy celebrated her four year anniversary working at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino in September of this year. She is the kind of role model supervisors appreciate. She has excellent attendance, a great work ethic, and a positive attitude. She is always willing to help her coworkers and trains new hires in her area.
She receives support through KSI’s Supported Employment Program. As Employee of the Quarter, Ms. McCoy’s name has been added to a permanent plaque at KSI and she received a $50 Visa Gift Card from Dover Federal Credit Union. She also received a gift certificate donated by G & R Campground in Houston entitling her to spend a weekend in one of their cottages, and a one year aquatics membership from the Greater Milford Boys & Girls Club.
