KSI Names Natasha Burton Employee of the Quarter
9/30/2014 - Natasha Burton, of Laurel, recently received the Employee of the Quarter Award for the Second Quarter 2014 from Kent-Sussex Industries, Inc. (KSI).
Ms. Burton has been employed at KSI since May 2006. Dedicated and determined, she is often recognized for having monthly perfect attendance. That’s not an easy feat considering she travels from Laurel to Dover’s Kraft Foods Plant via KSI transportation Monday through Friday. A member of the Kraft Foods work crew, Ms. Burton and her team meet expected standards for production and safety. Each day she brings her best skills to the job, and that includes a smile to help the day go more smoothly for everyone at Kraft.
As Employee of the Quarter, Ms. Burton’s name has been added to a permanent plaque at KSI and she received a $50 Visa Gift Card from Dover Federal Credit Union. She also received a gift certificate donated by G & R Campground in Houston entitling her to spend a weekend in one of their cottages, and a one year aquatics membership from the Greater Milford Boys & Girls Club.
