Milford, Delaware-based disability service provider KSI recently hired Robert Smith as its new Director of Facilities Management, replacing retiring facilities management director Shawn Bowman. Robert came to KSI with 13 years of experience as Facilities Manager with Goodwill Industries. With them, he was responsible for 21 properties throughout Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Robert will manage all maintenance and repair of KSI’s Milford Skill Development Center, Georgetown Southern Campus and Kamp Lenape buildings and grounds. He also will manage the several properties KSI owns and leases to other businesses. Additionally, he will oversee all renovations to KSI properties.
