Dear Families and Caregivers:

There is a lack of tools that are designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to assess physical activity and sedentary behavior - two important behaviors that impact overall health and well-being. Our study aims to determine how adults with IDD use watches and an activity log to assess physical activity and sedentary behavior. The outcomes of this study will help us improve how we assess physical activity and sedentary behavior.

Participating in the study will not cost anything. Each participant can earn up to $50 in gift cards or a check. Caregivers can earn up to $20 in gift cards or a check. Transportation to the in-person session can be reimbursed.
