KSI has announced the promotion of Heather Juiliano to Director of Quality Assurance, answering directly to the Vice President of Operations. Ms. Juiliano brings more than 35 years managing similar training services to KSI’s. She joined KSI in spring of 2025 as a Case Manager for the Life Enrichment Program from her previous position as Supervisor of treatment programs with Delaware Division of Family Services. As Director of Quality Assurance, Ms. Juiliano will be responsible for all program compliance, quality assurance, safety, transportation and case management matters. Her position includes policy creation and revision, supervision of Program Directors at KSI’s Milford and Georgetown centers, presiding over the Case Record Review Committee, and being lead contact for all compliance reviews and program audits by accrediting agencies.
