KSI announced the promotion of Saundra Hale to Vice President of Operations. Reporting directly to KSI CEO Heath Chasanov, she will have primary management related to all program and facility operations. Ms. Hale was hired as KSI Assistant Vice President of Operations in fall of 2024. Due in part to her efforts to reorganize the admissions process, program participant numbers in the organization increased 14 percent during her first six months. As Vice President of Operations, Ms. Hale will have over-arching responsibility for all facility-based and community-based programming, operations, staffing, facility management, participant health and safety, food service, and more. Saundra Hale’s elevation in the KSI team will help the nonprofit better support the hundreds of individuals with disabilities it serves, as well as their families.
