Community Work Crews

When individuals stretch their limits, it leads to growth. That’s why getting them into real-world experiences is crucial to their gaining success in the workplace. As part of KSI’s Pre-Vocational programs, community-based production facilities can utilize KSI work crews onsite to handle repetitive manual operations. Crews come with supervision and transportations, and are covered by KSI for all work-related insurance. Host companies pay a fixed hourly contract rate and all HR services are supplied. KSI crews adhere to all the host company’s established safety protocols and production rates.

Indicative tasks fitting KSI work crews’ capabilities include:
• Product Packaging Rework
• Simple Manual Assembly
• Packing & Bagging
• Stocking, Loading & Unloading
• Light Janitorial
