The mission of KSI is to create opportunities for individuals with disabilities to learn and grow. 

Through training, education and supportive programs and services, we enable individuals to accomplish their personal and work-related goals.

We are committed to making a difference in the lives of those we serve, the staff who support them, and the community at large. This requires that we provide resources and supports that allow individuals to learn and grow, and hold ourselves accountable to our individual and organizational standards and goals.

Without trust, and open and honest relationships with those we serve, their families and our staff, we can accomplish nothing. We learn from our experiences so that we can become stronger and more effective as an organization.
